I'm embarrassed to say that we haven't cooked dinner since before the wedding. After the hustle and bustle of getting married, we've kept our evenings pretty lazy. Tonight we broke the cycle and cooked one of our favorite easy meals - tilapia with papaya mango salsa. After a weekend camping trip to Sheep Ranch in Calaveras county with friends (video coming soon!) it was great to unwind together as husband and wife and enjoy each other's quiet company with a little Parachutes in the background.
